about
At This Gentle Hour, my hope is to offer a soft place to land - a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore your story with clarity and support. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, seeking deeper self-understanding, or wanting to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.
My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and genuine connection. I blend evidence-based frameworks with intuitive, holistic practices to meet you exactly where you are. Drawing from Person-Centred, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapies - alongside somatic and Polyvagal principles - I support clients to understand their stories, reconnect with their bodies, and move through life with greater clarity and ease.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of experiences, including trauma, domestic and family violence, grief and loss, perinatal mental health, suicidal ideation, and the everyday challenges that come with being human. My time volunteering with The Children’s Hospital Foundation and The Cage Youth Foundation strengthened my ability to meet people where they are, offering age-appropriate, trauma-informed support grounded in empathy and presence.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins where connection flows - through moments of safety, compassion, and gentle curiosity.
You don’t need the right words or a perfectly formed story; you simply need a willingness to begin.
