a soft place to land
At This Gentle Hour, my hope is to offer a soft place to land - a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore your story with clarity and support. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.
My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and genuine connection. I blend evidence-based frameworks with intuitive, holistic practices to meet you exactly where you are. Drawing from Person-Centred, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapies, alongside somatic and Polyvagal principles, I support clients to understand their stories, reconnect with their bodies, and move through life with greater clarity and ease.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across a wide range of experiences, including perinatal mental health, domestic and family violence, trauma, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, and the everyday challenges that come with being human.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins where connection flows - through moments of safety, compassion, and gentle curiosity.
You don’t need the right words or a perfectly formed story; you simply need a willingness to begin.

Modern Minds Windsor. - Mondays and fortnightly Saturdays.

Because I work across two different practices, my fees vary depending on where you book, as each clinic has its own fee structure. You’ll be able to see the most up-to-date pricing at the time of booking, and if you’re unsure, you’re very welcome to reach out directly via the booking form—I’m always happy to help you find the best fit.

I support individuals through a wide range of life experiences, and you’re welcome to bring whatever feels important or heavy for you right now. Some of the areas I am particularly passionate about working with are:
Perinatal and postnatal mental health, including identity changes, emotional adjustment, and birth-related experiences.
Family and relationship concerns, such as conflict, communication difficulties, or navigating transitions.
Experiences of physical or sexual violence, including domestic and family violence (DFV).
Grief and loss, whether recent or long-standing.
Anxiety and depression, including persistent worry, overwhelm, or low mood.
Depression and suicidal ideation, including moments of despair, thoughts of self-harm, or feeling unable to cope.
If your experience isn’t listed here, please know that you’re still welcome. Counselling doesn’t require a diagnosis or a clear story - just a willingness to begin where you are.
-
Standard session times are 50 minutes. If you feel you may need a longer appointment, please let me know and I can advise you of the appropriate fees.
-
Unfortunately, I’m not currently able to offer Medicare or private health rebates. All sessions are privately billed, though I aim to keep my fees as accessible and transparent as possible.
